2016 National Main Hall Saturday Morning

45th National bottle and collectables show report.

A brief summary of an incredible and unique 45th national show hosted by Geelong Bottle and Collectables Club (Inc.) October 21, 22, 23. 2016. Despite some particularly nasty weather Friday and Saturday, the show had a constant buzz and was greatly enjoyed by participants and public.

GB&CC’s aim was to break even. We even had strategies in place to prepare the club in case of a major loss. To show a profit is an incredible result.

Thanks to the hobby for participating and all who helped. Particularly Paul Bruce, Allan Snowden, Cam Ward and Noel Dawson whose volunteering went above and beyond the call of duty. David Bruce for his tireless work on social media. And every helper who “put in” Without this team behind me the National could not have happened.

A detailed report is availableĀ and will be distributed to GB&CC members.
